We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
